Led by Randy Smith, CEO and Co-Founder, and Dr. Ronny Smith, COO and Co-Founder, the company is committed to supporting individuals and families with reliable, person-centered services. Headquartered in Union Springs, Springs Homecare LLC was established to strengthen community health by delivering care with dignity, professionalism, and heart—right at home.

Our leadership team is guided by extensive experience in mental health services and home-based care. With a background as a Mental Health Worker, our CEO has hands-on experience supporting individuals with emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial needs across community and clinical settings.

As CEO of the Home Health Agency, they lead the organization with a strong focus on high-quality, client-centered care, emphasizing safety, compliance, and individualized service delivery. Their experience as an Administrative Executive for a Mental Health Center brings deep expertise in healthcare operations, program development, staff leadership, and coordinated care.

This combination of direct care experience and executive leadership ensures our home health services are compassionate, well-managed, and responsive to the unique needs of each client.

My name is Dr. Ronny Smith
About Our COO, and Co- Founder

Our founder Dr. Ronny Smith brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, public health leadership, and advocacy to home health care. Holding a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH), He is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Board Certified Counselor (NBCC) with extensive experience supporting individuals and families across diverse care settings.

In addition, He is a Qualified Developmental Disability Professional (QDDP), specializing in person-centered services for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Dr. Smith's background is further strengthened as a Licensed Medicare Insurance Broker, allowing him to guide clients through complex healthcare coverage decisions with clarity and confidence.

This multidisciplinary foundation ensures our home health services are not only compassionate and individualized, but also informed by public health best practices, clinical excellence, and a deep understanding of healthcare systems.
